What to know before arriving
Terms and conditions
General accommodation rules:
- Registration and identity: Upon arrival (check-in), the guest is required to present a valid identity document (ID card or passport).
- Arrival and departure times: Rooms are usually available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Payment: Payment for accommodation is made in advance or upon arrival, by agreement with the accommodation provider.
- Liability for Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation and must replace it after it is caused.
Accommodation rules and safety:
- Night silence: Valid from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, during which time guests must behave respectfully and be quiet.
- Visits: Visits to the apartments are permitted only with the consent of the operator and only during limited hours outside of nighttime hours.
- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility, it is only allowed in designated areas.
- Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may incur a fee.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation of reservation: Cancellation conditions: If the accommodation is cancelled shortly before the arrival date, i.e. less than 72 hours, or in the case of a "no-show" (guest does not arrive), a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the ordered accommodation will be charged.
Specific rules:
- Accommodation of children: Children can only be accommodated when accompanied by an adult.
- Local tax: included in the price.
