Our story

Villa Apartments 1908 **** provides comfortable accommodation in a traditional stone building in the Adriatic style, whose history dates back to the early twentieth century. The original house was built in 1908 and its construction was related to the beginning of the development of tourism on Krk. The house served mainly to accommodate tourists, later waiters, bartenders, cooks and other workers in the service of vacationers. The original house had seven rooms, two pantries, one kitchen and one bathroom with toilet. The house underwent a complete reconstruction and was rebuilt into three modern apartments - one new apartment with a private terrace on each floor. The goal of the reconstruction was to preserve the spirit of Adriatic architecture in combination with modern design and comfortable equipment of the apartments. A swimming pool, parking spaces, fencing, landscaping and garden landscaping were built for the villa. Primorje-Gorski Kotar County has rated the "Villa Apartments 1908" apartments with four stars ****, thus classifying our apartments among tourist accommodation facilities providing high standard conditions.
